Valentine's special - Fit Couple Contest

FitnessOne introduces Most Fit Couple on February 7, the Saturday before Valentine's Day. This unique contest is open for all couples where one of them is above the age of 30.

A series of fun fitness tests will be conducted for couples competing together for the prizes. Couples will need to clock the most steps for two minutes each on the EFX, try doing the most collective squats for one single minute and will be tested on their knowledge of food and nutrition. The contests will be held at following centres

Chennai : Kilpauk, Alwarpet

Bangalore : Koramangala, Indira Nagar

Coimbatore : RS Puram

Tirupur : Avinashi Road

Prizes will be given to the couple who is able to sustain victory throughout in all the rounds. Prizes are sponsored by Kirtilals - Coimbatore, The Beach - Bangalore, The Raintree - Chennai.

No individual prizes are designed. So this Valentine do something different, yet healthy - together!
