FIRST MONTH CELEBRATION IN FITNESSONE SALEM

On Their first month celebration, fitness one-SALEM had very unique and enthusiastic competitions like PUSH-UPS for Men and IRON-MAN for Women with the age group of above 40 years and below 40 years. The Event took place on 23rd of September - 09.They invited Families, friends and neighbors of members to participate in the competition where the winners were awarded with mementos.

The chief-guest Dr. Janakiraman gave a speech regarding "THE IMPORTANCE OF FITNESS IN TODAY'S LIFESTYLE". The Members took part in the competition actively and enjoyed the occasion.
